About Me

I am a dedicated Women Body Shape Coach with years of experience in the fat loss industry. As a professional nutritionist, yoga enthusiast, and former government servant, I have devoted my life to promoting health and wellness.

My own transformation journey began when, despite living a seemingly healthy lifestyle, I struggled with being overweight. It was only after I was introduced to a structured nutrition program and a supportive nutrition club by my coach that I experienced remarkable health benefits and successfully lost 12 kgs. This transformation inspired me to pursue my passion for helping other working women like me achieve their wellness goals.

Since then, I have guided hundreds of individuals, particularly busy working women, towards achieving their ideal body shape, improving their immunity, and enhancing their overall well-being. My coaching approach is result-oriented, focusing on customized diet plans, effective nutrition guidance, and lifestyle adjustments that fit seamlessly into my clients’ hectic schedules.

Through my programs, many individuals have experienced healthy transformations—shedding excess weight, rectifying blood parameters, boosting immunity, and adopting sustainable healthy habits.

Additionally, as a vivid yoga practitioner, I incorporate mindfulness and holistic practices into my coaching for enhanced mental and physical health. Outside of my wellness journey, I enjoy painting and gardening, which keep me creatively inspired and grounded.

I have also been a part of various panel discussions on health with esteemed groups, sharing insights and strategies to promote healthier living.
